Acceptable Use Policy

Violation of this policy results in immediate termination without refund.

The Customer is solely responsible for all activity on their server(s) and service(s).

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sending or relaying unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Phishing, fraud, or any form of scam
Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material (instant law enforcement report)
Brute-force attacks, port scanning, or exploitation attempts against third parties
Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks of any kind
Hosting copyright-infringing material without proper license
Running public IRC services, bouncers, or botnets
Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
Anything illegal under United Kingdom law
Anything that deliberately disrupts other users or the wider Internet

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on the above. Accounts found in violation are terminated immediately with no warning and no refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service at our sole discretion if we believe it harms the network, other customers, or our reputation.
